Samsung have just revealed new mobile processor named the Exynos 5250. It holds two 2 GHz Cortex-A15 chips and it’s engineered with 32nm low power HKMG process and is promised to double the performance compared to 1.5 GHz dual-core Cortex A9.

The Exynos 5250 also comes with upgraded graphics performance, it’s about four times as fast as the old Cortex A9. It’ll support 3D and  resolutions of up to 2560×1600 (WQXGA).

Samsung is saying the new Exynos chip will most likely be used in future high-end tablets and the mass production will start around Q2 of 2012
